Green Tara Practice Resources

Dharma Refuge has been blessed to have Venerable Khenmo Drolma from Vajra Dakini Nunnery teaching us a very beautiful and simple Green Tara practice for epidemics. You can download this practice text here on the nunnery's site.

Practice with Khenmo weekly
If you would like to engage in this practice in an on-going way with Khenmo, she leads this practice every Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 7-8:00 am. via Zoom.
  • Learn more here.
  • Sign-up to receive the Zoom link for practice by filling out the form on this page and checking the Tues/Thurs Morning box.
Green Tara Chant
Below is a Green Tara chant Sue shared during her introductory Tara talks. This is a recording is based on the melody Anam Thubten Rinpoche composed. It was recorded around a campfire during a retreat in 2017 so the quality isn't the best, however you can hear the beautiful harmonizing that spontaneously happened.

Enjoy chanting practice!
